Scope of Work:
The owner wished to create a unified facade of the existing three buildings. Modifications include a new early-detect and alert smoke alarms system, new fire rated partitions and doors, increased exiting, installation of new windows and doors, enclosure of existing covered areas, installation of masonry and iron fence. The Scope of work also included exterior and interior finishes as well as new electrical & plumbing.

Repairs/replacement to pre-existing stairs, new exit stairs, elevator and ramps, installation of new exterior stucco, site improvements, parking improvements, and fencing with pedestrian gates.
